SWUSITT membership is opened to join throughout the year, except during or leading up to specific meeting and event times, when it is closed for membership verification. All memberships expire December 31 of the membership year.
CONFERENCE RATES: Current membership is required for attendance. All memberships expire Dec 31 of each year. Therefore attendance will require renewal of membership prior to conference.
Rates include all lectures, workshops, key note addresses and activities scheduled with the exclusion of participation in the Student Design and Technology Competition. There is an additional fee required for entry. PLEASE NOTE ONLINE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL JANUARY 16, 2019; UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED. ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN JANUARY 18, 2018 @ 4:30PM

For more than 40 years, this organization has been serving the needs of regional design, production, and technology professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. SWUSITT brings together all the "behind the scenes" disciplines of theatre and live performance under one roof, so practitioners, educators, related businesses and organizations, and students can exchange ideas and share knowledge.

Please familiarize yourself with the SDC Competition rules. If you do not see the entry class you are looking for, or are unsure of which entry to sign up for, please don't hesitate to contact George Curry, PRESIDENT or April Keith VP PROGRAMMING, or any member of the board for assistance.
Registration fees only are refundable at 80% if cancelation has been made in writing prior to the close of regular online registration. Cancellation after the close of registration, or the start of onsite registration/check-in will only be refunded after the close of the symposium, at 50% of registration fee paid. Membership fees are non-refundable.
